privacy notice.

• We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social-media trackers.
• We do not run accounts, logins, or payment flows.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with anyone.
• We do not add visitors to a mailing list.

When you toggle between the day and night themes, your browser saves a single preference (wnd-theme) in local storage so the site remembers your choice on your next visit. That value never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the site, which pages hold attention, and roughly where in the world they come from. This helps us decide what to build next as we look beyond the Dimapur premiere.

GA4 sets a small number of first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) and sends Google your IP address, user-agent string, page URL, referrer, and basic device information. Google processes IP addresses to derive an approximate country/region and then discards the raw IP; they do not share it back to us. We do not link this data to your name or email, and we do not enable Google Signals or advertising features.

We also forward standard performance metrics (Core Web Vitals: page load, responsiveness, layout stability) to the same GA4 property. These are anonymous numbers about how the page performed on your device, not about you.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we skip the Web Vitals reporting. To opt out of GA4 entirely, you can install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on, use a tracker-blocking extension, or block third-party scripts in your browser settings. The site works fully without analytics. Google’s own privacy notice is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Submitting the contact form on the home page sends your name, email address, and message through our own mail server (GoDaddy Workspace Email on the awinternightsdreammusical.com domain). No third-party form service or email-marketing platform is involved. The message is delivered from an automated noreply@ sending mailbox into our human-monitored support@awinternightsdreammusical.com inbox; the visitor’s address is set as the Reply-To, so when we hit reply it goes back to you. We do not store form submissions in any database. Once we have replied, we keep the email thread only for as long as needed to continue the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details on.

The site is served as static pages. The display typefaces are self-hosted with the site; the body typeface loads from Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry). When fonts load, your browser makes a routine request to their CDN, which receives standard server-log information (IP address, user agent). We do not see or store that data. Their privacy policy is available on fontshare.com.

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because the only personal information we ever hold is what you have voluntarily emailed us, the answer will usually be “just the email thread you started”, but the request stands.

If anything material changes (new third-party tools, ticketing, additional analytics), we will update this page and revise the date at the top. There will be no surprise tracking added quietly.
